I referenced what the SWAC does is in the event Big XII decided a better marketing strategy for the CCG is try to promote the game as division champion vs. division champion to mirror the other conferences with CCGs. The SWAC has been using the 2 division format and playing a CCG since 1999. The Pioneer Football League is another FCS conference that has divisions and even played a CCG from 2001-2005. The Yankee/Atlantic 10/CAA was the first FCS conference to implement divisions. However, it never has played a CCG because it wanted to participate in the DI-AA/FCS Playoffs.
